To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanadaHub For Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of virtual coins due to technical issues or browser data clearing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
